With this review it can be says that the Artist plays a major role on showing the impact on life of peoples, managing their psych, mood swings relate with the worse situation. Their virtual work shows the engaging results on at least 50 % population worldwide. They are the supporter for maintenance of healthy external and inner things for the population and so they are important.
Discussion:-
COVID 19 is the life-threatening condition and the one who are fighting at the frontlines like healthcare professionals, security forces and essential services workers are amazing and so important. Highlighting importance of artists does not mean to prove that artists are more important than other professions. But it's a strong believe that different kind of arts, storytelling can help us to come together, cope and heal in the face of grief and loss in inarticulate yet undeniable ways.2 For keeping us apart artists are finding creative ways to keep people connected during the pandemic. Artists have already begun to adapt to the new changes and bring their work online, though it is a fact that there are many unknowns that we may face in the upcoming weeks and months.3
To make sense of the Covid-19 pandemic muralists, artists, bystanders and mischief makers trying their level best and so that there has been no shortage of artistic expressions worldwide.4 Be it heartfelt wall art tributes to overworked hospital staff, irreverent depictions of Hollywood films on a street corner or graffiti made to repel racism in these highly-charged times, it looks like art is never far from the frontlines.5,6
We have a huge entertainment industry called ‘Bollywood’. It has immense effect on people. We just follow everything our celebrities do. Knowing this our leading faces have made several videos, short films and written posts pleading their fans to stay home as they do. Amitabh Bacchan, Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukon, Ranveer Singh, and many others have made individual videos or short films to spread awareness about the virus and lockdown. Stars like Kartik Aryan, Varun Dhawan, Siddhant Chaturvedi have a live chat with their fans every now and then to keep connected with people and make them aware about the situation.7
Talking about artists in the situation of pandemic, how can we not mention memers? Our beloved Memes pages were and are there to entertain us with wittiest content. They are the trend setters for millennia's in our nation. They first introduced us to the COVID-19 or Corona virus through their memes. Then they taught us the word ‘Quarantine’ and we are not getting enough of it. They make us laugh, cry and make aware of the current situation with attractive memes. We got to admit. Memes are making it easy to breath for us.8
Our Government knows its people very well. To keep everyone inside, they know what they had to do. Our PM Mr. ‘Narendra Modi’ gave us two tasks in two different Sundays. We all know how we took it to another level. Well this proves that we have a pretty artistic PM to rule us. Not only this, the Doordarshan started telecasting Ramayan, Mahabharat, Chanakya, Shaktiman, Dekh Bhai Dekh and all the beloved shows from 80s to 90s twice a day. Because of this half of our population is living happily in nostalgia inside their home. Followed by this, every entertainment channel started re-telecasting old shows. The makings of new shows have stopped because of the lockdown of COVID 19. But the old episodes are enough to keep us glued to the TV screen. Not only TV shows, we have a wide range of entertainment shows on online platforms like Netflix, Hot star, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and many more. We have numerous shows to binge watch every day with interesting content to make our home time productive. And let’s not forget our writers who made sure we get some knowledge for living before the pandemic. We ignored them a lot due to our busy schedule. But when the living got tough, they are helping us to breathe easy. Words may not actually heal the virus, but they give us hope to stand by and trust our system.9
As we are enjoying our time with all these artistic products, the ones who made it, are suffering from hunger. The ones who dressed our stars, made them look good and made the film or episode look fabulous, are out of work now and out of food too. They are the artists we don’t usually see, but they are the ones who pull it out for us. They don’t get much recognition because most of us don’t really care when it comes to artists. They do what? Just entertain us. It’s not big of a job like being an architect or engineer or doctor. But remember always, when the whole world shut down, these artists made it easy to breath for you. Otherwise there would have been a disaster of people with empty minds.
In this disaster of COVID there is widespread cancellation of in-person events which ultimately affected upon many businesses. With this phase of cancellation bunch of independent artists like who rely on events, workshops, gigs, and physical locations facing difficulty to pay their bills. If you are able really try hard to offer support to impacted groups than ever.
One can donate to the arts of favorite artist with set up a commission or participate in an online art class. It's a time to encourage friends and family at home to get involved in the arts. We can grace the occasion with our virtual presence at exhibits and online openings. In this sensitive time we can spread a joy by gifting art liked by our loved one considering it as a way of offering emotional support. To support the artist one can buy artwork directly from an artist online, share resources, art, and fundraisers with own circles.
Conclusion : Conclusion is the total extort that is obtained from the work done to complete the study. Whatever explained earlier are the particular facts and reasons that are supported by the obtained evidences & data. The conclusions are made with another look at current situation along with virtual sources.
• COVID-19 is a monster eating our people alive. Our heroes- doctors, nurses, policemen- are protecting us risking their own lives.
• All we have to do is stay at home, eat with our people and bare some boredom. Otherwise it would become the real Endgame for us. So Avengers, let’s assemble and defeat Corona!
• While practicing the norms of social distancing we can continue to support the arts and contribute to a healthy cultural community.
• In the situation when the whole world shut down, these artists made it easy to breath for us. The only thing we have to do is to value the intimations provided to us through the artists to protect our life.
